VITAL processes walnuts kernel volume (up to 1000 ton/sizon)and walnuts inshell volume(up to 2000 ton/sizon) for the Romanian and European markets. We offer competitive and high-quality services based on a team with expertise in the field, best technology to process our products and able to respond professionally to all the needs of our customers and partners worldwide. VITAL supplies fresh products throughout the year due to its own bursting, packaging and storage refrigeration system. we chose to collaborate directly with our farmers in Romania. This collaboration is one of the methods that helps us maintain the quality control of our products. In order to obtain the products, we use ecologically grown nuts harvested from our own orchard, which we condition and process within our own technological lines. We are certified ISO 22000 /ISO 9001 To meet the new continuous market demands we never stop to acquire new technologies and equipment. In the year 2018, we have enriched our production lines with two new machines: the first one Sortwx A3 (Buhler); the second one Sortex E BioVision(Buhler) WHAT WE OFFER? walnuts in shell 25kg bags. Walnuts kernel packed 10 kg vacuum boxes. Walnut oil made by cold press 100% Ecologic product Fresh walnuts all year round.
