The Nano Positioner PPS2020 is an air bearing system for high dynamic precision positioning. With this drive technology worldwide unique resolutions up to 2.44 nm are achieved. The error compensating and very flat architecture obtains an accuracy of a path better than one micrometer. With a maximum speed of 500 mm/s and a movement range of 200 mm x 200 mm, the PPS2020 is ideal for time savings in the production of precision components. The modern EtherCAT® control architecture enables easy customized system integration. Additional accessoires like an industrial control CNC, a joystick for manually movements or a granite portal for 3D positioning (see picture above) are available for individual demands.
