Die Schneckenaustragsbödern von SHA gehören zur Produktlinie Silver Line unter dem Stichwort SILVER SABO. Sie sind auf eine besonders gleichmäßige Entleerung spezialisiert und ermöglichen so einen ebenmäßigen Niveauaustrag. Durch die Modulbauweise ist die Auswahl der Austragsschneckenwellen beliebig erweiterbar, zum Beispiel mit einer Sammelschnecke. Die Ausführung kann in Normalstahl, temperaturbeständigem Stahl oder in besonders verschleißgeschützem Edelstahl erfolgen. Flügelgeometrien und Sonderanfertigungen Es sind unterschiedliche Flügelgeometrien der Schneckenflügel realisierbar. Durch stufenlose Progressivität und ggf. gleichzeitige stufenlose Durchmesseränderung ist ein nahezu vollkommen gleichmäßiger Austrag aus dem Behälter möglich. Ebenso sind unterschiedliche Antriebskonstellationen verfügbar: z.B. der Einzelantrieb von Schnecken oder Gruppenantriebe. Darüber hinaus können wir mit dieser Produktreihe die Umsetzung mit ineinander kämmenden Schnecken liefern.

Functional module for mzr-pumps of the low pressure and magnetic hermetic series The filter-pump-valve functional module F-P-V allows the combination of micro annular gear pump, filter and valve with short direct connections for precise and reproducible dosing. The void volume of this compact system is low and the expenses of connecting elements are obsolete. The integrated wire mesh filter with a mesh size of 10 µm preventatively protects the pump as well as the downstream fluidic micro structures from contamination with particles. Replacement of the easily accessible filter is uncomplicated, removing the pump is unnecessary. The functional module can be used flexibly for several sizes of pumps of the low pressure and magnetic hermetic pump series.
