The Dexnyl PEEK films from BIEGLO are semi-crystalline and thermoplastic. They offer good mechanical properties and high thermal stability. BIEGLO bietet PEEK als Granulat und Pulver von dem chinesischen Produzenten Panjin Zhongrun an und vertreibt es unter dem Namen CoPEEK. BIEGLO kann PEEK-Granulate und Pulver in verschiedenen Viskositäten anbieten. Es kann für unterschiedliche Anwendungen verwendet werden: Extrusion von Halbzeugen, Spritzguss, Compoundierung, Filament- und Folien-Extrusion, Beschichtungen. Unser CoPEEK 012 ist als hochviskoses, unverstärktes PEEK für die Verarbeitung durch Extrusion und Spritzgießen geeignet, somit ist es die Standardtype für die Herstellung von Halbzeugen. Unser CoPEEK 021 ist als mittelviskoses, unverstärktes PEEK für Spritzgießverfahren geeignet. Es kann aber auch zur Herstellung von Folien und Filamenten extrudiert werden.
