The Dexnyl PEEK films from BIEGLO are semi-crystalline and thermoplastic. They offer good mechanical properties and high thermal stability. Our PEEK film has a temperature resistance and a special resistance to chemicals. PEEK films are often used as electrical insulation for cables and wires, they are also used as membrane or adhesive tape. Furthermore, they are used as coatings for high temperature applications. they have also Implementation in modern speakers. We offer PEEK foil with a thickness of 6μ till 1mm. For thicker dimensions, as please refer to PEEK sheet product. Our PEEK films are also available as compounded PEEK.

Our Dexnyl polyimide film made of thermoplastic polyimide granules. BIEGLO offers PI film with thickness of 250µ or even thinner. Polyimide film offers a great thermal resistance, excellent dielectric strength as well as optimal dimensional stability. Our Polyimide film has a natural red-brownish color and is transparent.

BIEGLO bietet PEEK als Granulat und Pulver von dem chinesischen Produzenten Panjin Zhongrun an und vertreibt es unter dem Namen CoPEEK. BIEGLO kann PEEK-Granulate und Pulver in verschiedenen Viskositäten anbieten. Es kann für unterschiedliche Anwendungen verwendet werden: Extrusion von Halbzeugen, Spritzguss, Compoundierung, Filament- und Folien-Extrusion, Beschichtungen. Unser CoPEEK 012 ist als hochviskoses, unverstärktes PEEK für die Verarbeitung durch Extrusion und Spritzgießen geeignet, somit ist es die Standardtype für die Herstellung von Halbzeugen. Unser CoPEEK 021 ist als mittelviskoses, unverstärktes PEEK für Spritzgießverfahren geeignet. Es kann aber auch zur Herstellung von Folien und Filamenten extrudiert werden.

The Dexnyl PEEK semi-finished products of BIEGLO offer a temperature resistance up to 240 °C, as well as resistance to radiation and chemical substances. We offer wide range of PEEK Semi finished products e.g. rods, tubes, sheets, filaments, films and more. In addition to natural PEEK, BIEGLO can also offer PEEK compounds, such as reinforced PEEK with carbon fibers, glass fibers or PTFE and tribological compounds with a mix of PTFE, carbon fibers and graphite. PEEK has several applications in the aerospace, automotive, medical, food, oil and gas industries. New applications of PEEK are constantly developed, as more and more processors value its characteristics for their individual products.
