PEEK is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with excellent sliding properties, very good mechanical properties (even under thermal load) and an excellent resistance to chemicals. The great plasticity allows a wide application in all kinds of industrial field as in chemistry, transportation and other mechanical applications. PEEK granules are widely used for the Semi-Finished production and for finished parts made by injection moulding. Granules can be natural PEEK or a compound. PEEK has a permanent temperature resistance up to 240 °C.

PEEK is ideal replacement for metal and other plastics due to its high temperature resistance of up to 240°C , excellent chemical and wear resistance. PEEK tubes, extruded, compression molded and injection molded PEEK Tubes are durable, lightweight tubes made up of PEEK polymer. They can be extruded, or molded in a number of processes. PEEK Rods are extremely tough, wear resistant with excellent resistance to high temperatures and radiation.

BIEGLO's Dexnyl PEEK films are semi-crystalline and thermoplastic. They offer good properties, properties and a high thermal level. BIEGLO can offer PEEK films with a thickness of 6µ to 1mm. BIEGLO offers PEEK as a powder from the Chinese producer Panjin Zhongrun and sells it under the name CoPEEK.

Sheets from PEEK are offered usually extruded and cut in standard lenths. Various sheet thicknesses possible. Our Dexnyl PEEK sheets are made of our own CoPEEK or compounds based on CoPEEK or other conventional brands.
