Bechtel supplies both custom-made pulleys and cage wheels according to your specifications. These pulleys can also be equiped with a glued rubber coating. We also deliver a welded version in steel and/or stainless steel according to your specifications.

As a specialist in the field of conveyor technology, Bechtel can also help you with design questions of elevators.

Screw conveyor segments are manufactured to your specifications. They are available with an outer diameter between 30 mm and 3.000 mm; the material thickness is between 2 and 40 mm. Any desired pitch is possible. Below please find an example of a screw conveyor segment with a right and a left pitch.

Endless spirals are pressed out of one piece. Please note that due to this process, the wall thickness in the area of the bore is double the thickness as on the outside. The standard length of the spiral spirals is approx. 3,000 mm and are available from stock in the following materials: S235JRG2 and stainless steel 1.4301 (grade 304), on left or right hand pitch. Custom-made products are available upon request.

Shaftless spiral are available in lengths between 500 mm and 4,000 mm (material S355JRG3 and stainless steel 1.4301 (grade 304). The spirals are made out of flat or square steel. These spirals are suitable for horizontal, diagonally or vertical transport. In addition, support spirals are available in all sizes. The following table shows the standard sizes of the helical spirals.

Mixing spirals are made out of a combination of flat steel and steel cutting sections.

Adjustable hanging bearings produced by VAV Aandrijvingen B.V. are fully available ex stock in shaft sizes of 40, 50, and 60 mm. The bearings are made of cast iron steel, stainless steel. Larger shaft diameters, with special inserts made of ertalone, nylon, bronze, teflon, PTFE, or acetal, are availableon request.

The Bechtel pallets are used in scre conveyors. They are used to mix light material.
