BG Steel Ltd is a subcontracting company with many partners in the field of Automotive, Petrochemical, Construction Grade Structural Steel, Food and Beverage and general industry requirements. Our core competence is sheet metal assemblies (stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum) of up to 250-300 kg unit weight. We have Laser cutting, Punching, Bending, MIG/MAG Welding, WIG/TIG Welding, Laser Welding, and Robotic Welding, Press inserts, Assembly and Finishing/polishing, Powder-coating operations in-house. We can process sheet metal with thickness: mild steel - up to 25 mm, galvanized steel up to 20 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm and aluminum up to 15 mm. Maximum size of the sheet - 1500х3000 mm. For finish treatments we have a really good network of suppliers for E-coating – KTL (cataphoresis), Galvanizing, Zink-plating, Glass-spheres blasting, Sandblasting, Pickling and passivation, etc. Also, an experienced team of 6 engineers who can help a lot in optimization of manufacturing technologies when applicable therefore costs. We are certified under EN-1090: 2 and EN-1090: 3 for welding constructions, EN ISO 3834-3 for welding, as well as ISO 9001: 2015. About 70% of our production is exported in the EU, mostly in Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria and UK. We are looking for new partners and would appreciate the possibility to offer our services
