For decades, special Roller Brushes for the deburring and deoxidation of circuit boards have played an essential part in the production of printed circuits. Their DEBU impregnation guarantees extra long life-span and residue free drill holes. Through its temperature resistant duroplastic reinforcement the abrasives embedded in the non-woven material are additionally bonded. This factor gains particular importance in today's technology, because the drill holes in the manufacture of circuit boards are becoming finer and finer with every generation. A blocked drill hole in a finished multi layer with, for instance, 16 layers, will cause disproportionately high costs. Falke Printed Circuit Board Brushes achieve a reproducible surface roughness combined with very high micro sensitivity (0,6 - 5,0mm Rz) in all areas of application.
