The manufacturing of these cylinders requires an extreme high level of precision, guaranteed by most modern CNC technology. The high magnetiy force realised by special interaction of the magnet fields ensures the precise and powerful positioning of the flexible dies at the cylinder surface. We produce high precise magnet cylinders of different configurations and sizes according ctsumer request up to diameters of 600 mm and a total length of 4.000 mm. The high quality and precision is guaranteed by grinding of the roundness tolerance of + – 3 µ.

Since three years successful in production, the 2 unit Die Cutting Machine DC 102-1-2 with two magnet cylinders for optimal use of two different technologies like kiss cutting in unit one and perforating and window cuts in unit two in one run. Also available in Middle Format as DC 74-1-2 Also available for combination cuts like ruling, creasing, perforating in unit one and regular die cutting jobs in unit two. Available also with or without folding box device and for window cuts with suction device. Special Foil-Device available for processing of IML-matarials. DC 102-F with Preset-Suction head, closed sheet guide drum, antistatic stainless steel table cover, modern antistatic device with ionizer blowers.
