Das G-DT-F/SB-Bearbeitungszentrum mit Schrägbett- und Drehtischtechnologie ist eine weitere High-Tech-Innovation zum hochrationellen, präzisen Fräsen von Werkstücken über fünf Achsen. Die Gantrybauweise steht für hohe Dynamik sowie Langlebigkeit aller Komponenten. Während der Bearbeitungsprozess im Innenraum der Maschine abläuft, werden die bereits bearbeiteten Werkstücke vom Maschinenbediener – außerhalb an der Vorderseite – ergonomisch entnommen und die neuen Werkstücke aufgelegt. Somit reduzieren sich die Maschinen-Stillstandzeiten auf ein Minimum. Der Bediener ist geschützt vor Staub u. Lärm. Auf der Maschine können Bauteile aus Kunststoffen und Verbundwerkstoffen wie GFK, CFK, ABS, Ureol, Schaum, Acryl u. Holz gefräst werden. Mit der 5-Achs-Technik führen Sie anspruchsvolle Arbeiten an räumlichen Körpern perfekt und besonders effizient aus. Mit dieser Fertigungsgenauigkeit überzeugen Sie in der Automobilzulieferer-, Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie sowie in der Sanitärindustrie.

HG Portal milling systems are designed for high-speed machining of medium and large parts and is suitable for such as panelling of car interiors, fuselages and sanitary products (for example bathtubs) etc. The flexible modular concept of this machine offers the opportunity of adapting the machine to your individual needs. The base construction of the machine is welded; the portal is of grey cast iron conferring high rigidity to the system. The milling system can be fully encapsulated together with the safety cabin. Vibrations are reduced by means of the rigid construction desensitizing the whole HG portal milling system to vibrations. To obtain further increase of production output, the system can be equipped with two tables working alternately. While one table is working, the second can be loaded and unloaded. In order to mill very large parts, the tables may be coupled. The rigid construction of the machine allows machining of plastics, composites (CFRP, GFRP) and wood.
